2. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LORAMENDI’S LEGITIMATE INTEREST?

LORAMENDI shall process and store the data while the user is active within the service and/or participates in a selection process, as well as during the legally required limitation period which could give rise to possible liabilities associated with the processing of applicant data.
